Last time I used it , it was legit. I booked a Hampton Inn in New York for 4 hours in the AM. Before booking, I called the hotel directly and ask them if I could book directly and they said "NO" but recommended to just go ahead and use that website.
I had no issues.
Doesn't seem to work in Chile.
