(my bolding)How does this change enhance redemption options? It is a takeaway, with AS not specifying the offsetting enhancements. Very poor communications and an unpopular decision among its most valuable customers.
I've never used this program, but your post is exactly why no one should ever pooh pooh the loss of any benefit, as one FFer's favo(u)rite benefit is another's never used benefit.
