I do have a Revolut account, as it was one of the first to offer free cash withdrawals worldwide. I now use my Chase card for most payments and cash withdrawals abroad. My Nationwide CC is also free to use abroad.
A lot of European ATMs now offer NFC connections on their terminals - I used a card on Apple Pay to withdrawal money from Sicily last week and it worked a treat. Very useful if you don't have your wallet with you!
