Bump. Any reports of whether Diamond counts for anything at the Macau hotels?

The T&C do not explicitly state what IC Alliance actually means. They explicitly state no milestone reward benefits.

A Chinese review on the IHG website for the Parisian dated Nov 2023 says no breakfast for diamond.
