Try managing the meal and seat selection on their website\app.
If not, try going to the Royal Jordanian website and their 'manage my booking' page.
Enter your Alaska PNR.
Change your frequent flyer information to your BAEC account.
Wait a hour or so.
Then log in you your BAEC account and manage your booking there.
Now the special meals and seat selection should show up.
