How up to date is that info? In the “extra Centurion benefits” section I see “-4 hour grace period” which I think is available to Plat card holders as well.
It's current. Yes, a few of the benefits overlap with Platinum, but to the best of my knowledge, things like the one-way fee waiver and free child seats are Centurion only.
