I checked my flight today (UA 135 ZRH - EWR) and FlightAware said it arrived at “Gate BHOLD”.

Flight not for a couple months - just thought I’d check.

This is completely normal -- in fact I've never seen "Gate CHOLD" -- arrival gates at EWR are almost never assigned until much closer to arrival -- "Gate BHOLD" seems to be the standard UA placeholder now given the unpredictable operations at EWR on any given day....
