Award Flight 2025, Cannot Select Seats
Hi there,
I booked an award flight for the family in 2025 FRA-IAH in Business. When I got to select the seats I receive this message, “Error, unable to continue the checkout flow: Reserve / quote failed”. What does this mean? Should I just reach out to AF and have them select the seats?
