I too am very disappointed. I have been a loyal AS guy for many years and a 100K who has used this often.
I will send an email to AS Customer Care tomorrow
The website statement states: Starting August 2024, the Money and Miles option will no longer be available, as we continue to enhance our overall redemption options.
(my bolding)How does this change enhance redemption options? It is a takeaway, with AS not specifying the offsetting enhancements. Very poor communications and an unpopular decision among its most valuable customers.
