Had a nice conversation at MIA the other day. Was rejected as Plat Pro on an international itinerary despite it being spelled out on the website. I was told that "it is only at select airport like LAX". I asked where it said that then they showed me the laminated sheet at the podium which did not mention Plat Pro. In the end it does not matter because there is not pre check but it just continues the inconsistent gAArbage experience.
