I am trying to book the prepayment rate at the Hilton Pattaya (yes its on the resorts list, and I used my credit there last year as i live in Manila). in the hope that it triggers the 1H credit for the Aspire card (some data points show prepayment rate does that on foreign hotels). I don't see the prepayment option tho for the dates I am considering. Is the prepayment rate perhaps any non-cancellable rate? Many thanks in advance.
