Beginning June 25, 2024, the latest updates for Q2 2024 will be rolling out in the new Concur Travel to eligible customers.



What’s new in Concur Travel?

The Q2 release to the evolution of Concur Travel is live and ready for qualifying customers to experience including:
  • Expansion to new markets including Austria, Benelux, France, Germany, Italy, Nordics (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway), Portugal, Spain, and Switzerland.
    • Please Note: Customers using Amadeus GDS in points of sale that had already been activated with Sabre (United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom and Ireland) will also be eligible.
  • Amadeus content for Car and Air (including NDC)
  • Travelfusion content for low-cost carriers: This will not be available with the June Release and is planned to be released a few weeks later. Please check the Release Notes and the forthcoming July Product Roadmap update for additional guidance on details and specific timing.
  • Direct Hotel content release (Hotel Connector): HRS
  • Virtual payment with Conferma for both GDS and Hotel Connector
  • Trip Holding giving users the ability to place Sabre EDIFACT air reservations on user hold
  • Request integration on mobile
  • UX updates including trip sharing via MS Teams chat
