Flew LOT Polish on a 788 from WAW to ORD yesterday. A few small, but tangible improvements to Business Class that are worth noting since I've not seen them published before.

1. The thin sheet has been replaced by an actual mattress pad. Still on the thin side, but much better than the sheet.

2. Main meal service is now entirely plated. No more trays for the appetizer and salad.

3. No more Pepsi products, back to Coke products.
