It works out to a rate of 1.33cpp USD, I think the best offer to buy miles previously would be a 125% bonus in Nov 2023 at ~1.1cpp. Not the greatest offer, but also pretty competitive with their most recent opportunities - and an opportunity to help an organization out (plus the potential for a donation tax credit in the US).
