Circling back on this. Ended up deciding not to upgrade to PE ($600 pp, one-way, 15 hours, 4 people) and not to wait for an in-app offer. Watched the ticket prices, which dropped this past weekend to $944pp for PE from BOS to DEL, and paid the delta for the new tickets, which was ~350pp. I am happy with the price (and am not expecting any offers/not sure if we're eligible)? Thx for the help!
