I m reading the SC access rules again on https://www.delta.com/us/en/delta-sky-club/access and there seems to be a change from the beginning of the year 2024 for STE+ member (FB) flying international/connecting domestically in US with basic econ (BE) tickets with either code share (DL or KLM/AF). Now it is say access to any class ticket + 1 guest. Was this changed to include BE ticket holders on STE+ flying DL or am I missing something? I recall in March there was an exclusion to all BE ticket holders regardless.
