My measurements using NLS ortophoto are likely to be incorrectly guessed and you can go ahead and try to guesstimate it using NLS's Karttapaikka and HEL's map.

Things that an elongated space requires is of course reserved corridor for moving from A to B, emergency exit accesses and the current lounge has as some part two corridors that take away seating space. When a space is more square (or round) then you have more playroom to place seating and tables around a central point reducing the need for reserved corridors. But I'm no interior designer...
If they have a smaller kitchen or kitchen on the second floor (with lounge on the third floor) then more space could be available for seating also. But that is something that I feel is unlikely to happen.
