As the first weekend of November is a Holiday in Italy, the Italo Treno prices for our own Venice to Milan journey on the 31st October didn’t offer a viable alternative.
If @
Graciecatt wants a slightly more comfortable direct journey to Milano Centrale than the Freccia Rossa 700 can provide, Italo Treno is the operator to aim for.
No option to Milano Porta Garibaldi though.
Choice of operators was easy for me as our own option was €230 Eco/€260 Biz with ItaloTreno vs €90 with TrenItalia (there will be four of us - could have booked Eco for €75 but I got us business class seats with the breakfast box and welcome drinks included)
