My first experience of the new BER was a 40 minute wait for the doors to be opened followed by a bus ride to arrivals, a scramble up some stairs to passport control and then another 40 minute wait for bags. So, in short, utterly rubbish. They should have saved themsleves the billions of Euros and kept Tegel.
