The airport Metro rail is line L9 Sud. It goes to the Europa Fira station which is a larger station that connects with multiple other metro lines and also continues up to the Zona Universitaria stop which is the end of this line.

Issue is that Metro station is not within what I would consider walking distance to the AC Victoria if you have luggage, at over 1.3km. You could connect at the Zona Universitaria station to the L8 (green) line and go two stops to Maria Cristina station and then walk to the AC as that is the closest station point at ~600m walk but that station most likely has stairs only since it is small.

Or, just catch a taxi from the Zona Universitaria station directly to the AC. Taxis go by that area frequently so should be easy to catch one.
