I was looking for rooms in Chicago in August and the urban fee use to give you a $25 F&B credit. Now the site is saying it's only a $10 F&B credit, a daily credit for luandry (which doesn't do you any good for a one night stay unless they can do same day service), and free use of the health club and internet (which I get as a diamond already).
My corporate rate was exempt from it but now it isn't. Easy choice to just stay at the Hyatt Centri down the street since the rate is cheaper, I get a decent breakfast and access to the room that has free coffee and tea all day,, plus I don't have to pay that Urban fee and will get a 4 p.m. guaranteed checkout instead of having to fight for a 1 p.m. checkout like I usually do at the Plamer house and having to talet to hold my bag for when I leave the hotel att 3:30.
Glad Hyatt has a good foodprint in the area of the palmer house.
