My friend just did SIN-FRA-JFK with an overnight stopover at FRA. Upon arrival in JFK, 2 out of 3 bags arrived. 1 bag was left behind in FRA. Fast forward 3 and a half weeks later and the bag's AirTag is finally pinging in JFK. Perhaps it would be prudent to check with the gate agent that all your bags have been loaded for the final flight!
