Flying domestically on JAL is as easy as can be. I’d really recommend it vs the train.

If you’re set on the train, HND is better than NRT. Its less than 30 mins to Shinagawa to take the Shinkansen to Osaka.

if you’re in premium economy then a longer TPAC segment is better. In PE AA is probably better than JL.
