All other things being equal, I would always try to minimize my time on narrow-body aircraft, and maximize it on widebody aircraft; so that would mean a connection at DFW or ORD.

In what class of service will you be traveling? Do you have elite status in AAdvantage or any other oneworld frequent-flyer program?
