There is no free card you can downgrade to. You can go down to Gold or Green, the latter of which has $150 AF.

You can however first open a new personal or Biz MR earning card that has no AF and then close your Plat card prior to 30 days from AF posting for a full credit of the AF. Examples of free MR card are: Everyday or Blue Business. There are some others but I believe these 2 are most popular.
