Ok - that makes more sense. Sounds like they are blocking based on number as opposed to name, which around me would be really tough! Huge Hispanic community that regularly buys MOs for utility bills, rent, etc. Not uncommon to have 2 or 3 people in front of me buy MOs for non MS reasons. The number of people I've heard with the last name Hernandez or Garcia is pretty high, for example. If they were trying to do it even regionally, I've gotta think they'd have huge false positive issues.
The only point that makes me a little hesitant is that I think I only purchased four MO's on two days using my office #. That seems like a pretty low threshold for a shutdown. Granted, they were all $999.
