More than 2 . HON Circle service / PA used to be able to talk to RM & clear upgrades & awards, onboard you were recognised all the time, last minute upgrades from the FCT/FCL common, response time to HON enquiries was almost instant, now it is often very poor & cut & paste…
Add, since you are joining LX HON, core customer care are immeasurably better than LH ….. so you should be fine
LH & LH HON Circle have gone down the toilet in the last 14 years
