Opened AMEX PLAT - May 2023 and got some bonus points.

6/11/2024 - Got charged $695 annual fee
6/19/2024 - Got 35/4/3 retention offer.

I am not planning to renew so if I cancel before 7/11/24, would AMEX claw back the bonus points I got in 2023?
