UA baggage policy does not apply to one-way itinerary operated by AV.

You're correct that 2x32kg is suspect, but if UA was stupid enough to print it on the receipt, you should have a fairly strong case for getting them to refund the charges to you after a DOT complaint. Maybe eventually they'll invest in getting this correct.

I concur with WineCountryUA -- so far, *A doesn't appear to put any award tickets into BE. So you should get the classic allowance for that route, whatever that is, plus one bag of the same weight as *G.
