Yeah the GE kiosk isn't going to ask you about declaring booze. When you get to the immigration official with your GE ticket and they ask if you have anything, thats when you say you are bringing xxx liquor. How must are you talking about anyway? If its not some crazy amount, most likely they'll just tell you to go through since its not worth their time to go through all of the paperwork for a minimal amount of duty.
