Has anybody had the below issue when boosting avios with QR? I've only used boost once previously for about 10k miles....as usual I'm getting generic responses and hitting a wall with customer service, seems I'll be unable to do this any time soon. Thought I'd post here in case anybody has had this problem before and found a solution?
