We stayed there last September. While initially upgraded to the balkon room after booking, at check-in we were downgraded back to the regular room in the building in the front. The hotel comp’d us with drinks at the bar (given we chose breakfast for the welcome amenity). Seeing how the balconies are connected, I don’t consider getting the regular room a downgrade anymore
