I know that I can register the VGCs from Staples and then use then Online, is the case the same with the MCGC's? Not sure when the 5x restarts for us so I dont want to purchase the 500s and pay the fee to learn it didnt restart and we maxed last years thusly only earn 1x. With the 200s since theres no fee involved if we earn only 1x so big loss if they are fee free
