The FAQ here says “select countries” but the asterisk note doesn’t actually give a list of countries:

Others may have definitive answers to some of these questions, but at least with respect to the list, if you call AA reservations they should be able to tell you the status of a particular country. That’s what I did. I don’t think the list is published, but evidently the agents have one that they can consult for you.
