On property now. So far so good. The suite defo makes a difference last time we were in a regular room and the extra space plus balcony with view over the rooftops of Hamburg is really nice. The bar is also quite reasonably priced and service is good.

One thing to note was when we checked in the reservation had been made for 1 person (we are two). The front desk agent said the second person would be €20 per night. I said I have a points reservation she said it doesn’t matter since it was made for 1 person. She said Hyatt reservations would have to change it to 2 people and then the charge wouldn’t apply. So I called my concierge from check in desk and it was fixed. But thought that was kind of strange.
