Question about MPC and ESTA: I see that the traveler profile only asks for name and surname, and doesn't ask for the passport number or any details from the ESTA itself. It only asks for passport information from US/Canadian citizens, but not from green card or ESTA holders. So how does this work with ESTA exactly? Do you show the QR code along with the printed ESTA and the passport to an officer? Asking because from my understanding, you only scan the QR code at a machine without an officer present, but how would this work if you are not entering your passport info in the first place?
