I have been out of the MS game for a while and recently came back and bought a VCG from my local Krogers only to realize that they changed the type of VCG from U.S. Bank to Pathward BHN. I updated the pin and tried to unload at my Walmart into Serve card for the full 500 but it failed and gave the following message "Debit Not Available APPR. CODE = 05", when I called the number on the back of the card it told me the card was locked for trying to do a cash equivalent transaction and said it unlocked the card. After doing some research I tried to do a load for 479 but got the same error and phone message. I tried again using a Vanilla Pathward Incomm vcg that I bought from Walmart which went through fine. Anyone run into the same issue and know how if I can liquidate the Pathward BHN VCG?
