Sorry if this has been asked and answered. Any reason why an Air Canada code-share on United metal would not count? Seems to meet the "Offer only valid on flights operated by United and United Express. Not valid on United-marketed codeshare flights operated by other carriers." I don't see any prohibition about other airline code-shares on UA metal.
