Were you happy with the award booking procedure (e.g. online/by phone)?
Yes. Original ticket was for LH and upgraded to “O” four months before departure. A few days before the departure, I decided to change to LX seeing that the flight was F5A5. Rebooking done, D was available, and upgrade to “A” with 2eV confirmed immediately. I was even able to get 2A seat.
How often did you have to check/call until you got the seats?
Once. Overall, a very positive experience.
