Yes, eventually got it. But the initially refused and I only wanted 1 PM (wanted to do a Teams call before heading out during my lunch break). I did reference that it is a guaranteed status benefit at non-resort Hyatts. Maybe it helped that I am a native speaker of German.
I asked them for a 1pm checkout in German as well. But was told 11:30 was the latest (in German as well). Maybe I should have said it with an Austrian accent.
My main gripe (aside from them not honoring late checkouts) is that their normal checkout time is 11am.
