When searching on AC.com, and clicking the "E-Upgrade" search - I get two conflicting things for many flights sometimes:
- even though R0, it shows Latitude or PE Flex available for upgrade on the long-haul
- sometimes, even weirder, it shows only one of Latitude or PE Flex as available for upgrade.
Any thoughts?

Cheap Latitude fares ex-Europe (2021 onwards) as well but essentially there is hidden upgrade space made available to latitude and premium economy flexible which is based on an algorithm we are not privy to that considers ticket price and fare class. So while the route may be R0 an upgrade could still be possible from PE flex or Latitude.
