When searching on AC.com, and clicking the "E-Upgrade" search - I get two conflicting things for many flights sometimes:
- even though R0, it shows Latitude or PE Flex available for upgrade on the long-haul
- sometimes, even weirder, it shows only one of Latitude or PE Flex as available for upgrade.
Any thoughts?
From experience, even when the website/app says available for upgrade, it doesn’t mean it will go thru. At least not at time of booking. In the “old days” when this happened, I’d write in and it would be approved. These days writing in getting a canned (insulting) reply, “happy to help you after your flight”.
