LH CityLine is a wetlease operation for LH. These flights are 100% LH flights in all regards besides the crews, actual metal and operations behind it. This will change with the move to LH City. Which is a pretty ugly one for us *A customers. Same annoyance as with Germanwings / Eurowings.

So, in short... yes. LH flights OPERATED by LH CityLine will count as LH flights.
