A380 No WiFi
Just flew SYD-DXB. No WiFi. The OnAir network was not even visible.
I understand that things break but it was very clear that they knew the WiFi was not working before boarding. For those of us that planned work, being informed in advance would have been nice. Instead, just an onboard announcement and "sorry".
