Tried again today for my last remaining Biz Plat card that I'm keeping open for the 35% rebate. AF paid in March.

Was offered 40k points for $15 spend. Far from ideal but to me much better than the 40k/$30k spend offer. If I don't hit the spend for this retention I can still cancel come next March.
