ETA: On second thought, it depends how it was fared. If it was a through fare to WDH, which was my assumption, then I stand by my statement. If it was a separate fare, then you should get whatever the difference is between J and Y on the JNB-WDH sector.

Ticket was EWR-JNB-WDH-JNB-EWR.
I do not know much about airiplane types, but JNB-WDH had 6 rows of 2-2 business class seating. I was the only person up front.
Return was 3-3 seating, "regular economy" for lack of a better term. WDH staff acknowledged that. And gave me WDH lounge access. :-)
