Point them to the exit to the main terminal check in counters? Is there a side door?

Make them take the walk of shame back outside, and go around to the T3 entrance?
OP says that the Scoot pax would have already checked in online and would have printed their boarding passes (at home?). So SQ doesn't need to check them in. It's more like OP wants to accompany them through immigration. The question boils down to: will SQ stick the First Class immigration stickers to the Scoot boarding passes? To answer your other questions, the SQ First Class check in area isn't directly connected to the First Class immigration channel. The normal flow is exiting the former into the terminal, take a 10-15 second walk through the terminal, before you reach the latter. If the Scoot pax are refused service, then presumably they could leave by the terminal-side exit.
