Morning Calm comes with 4 lounge coupons per 2-year renewal, I think they've been all digital for a while. Just check the MC member's vouchers/coupons online and you should see them.

I just checked, and Morning Calm doesn't give you any different lounge access (any guests any lounge access) while flying Prestige. Where are you reading this from? Most likely they will ask the Morning Calm member to use 2 coupons for the 2 flying economy.
