90 minutes in ORD is tight. A wait for bags negates the worry of Global Entry, as ORD is famous for taking forever to get bags off international flights. If no TSA-pre, that's a bigger worry since a 20-minute wait is about normal and during peak hours expect more. Assuming you're on time;

10 minutes to deplane
2 - 10 minutes to Immigration (gate dependent)
20 minutes to get thru + wait for bag
15 - 20 minutes to get to T1/T2
20 minutes for TSA

All of the above becomes a non-issue if you're not checking a bag and have some sort of "get thru immigration and TSA card"
