Courtyard King Kamehameha (Big Island, Hawaii) waived resort and parking fees for Titanium and up.
JW Marriott Bangkok allows Titaniums and up to get breakfast in the restaurant, not just in the club lounge like Platinums

May I suggest adding a column for updates, so that visitors can note any changes in the benefits?
Ah, we just stayed at Courtyard King Kamehameha. I booked 3 rooms as Plat, got upgraded and $10 FB voucher for one room. Had to pay resort fees for all rooms, and parking. Good to know Titanium gets those waived. (That reminds me, I need to contact Marriott regarding missing points and night credits)
